This unique single-origin coffee comes with a twist: aged in used bourbon whiskey barrels. These barrels, carefully emptied, steam-sterilized, and dried, provide the perfect environment to absorb distinctive flavors. Over 30 days, the beans take on subtle notes of charred oak and whiskey (without any alcohol or additives). Once the aging process is complete, the beans are roasted to a smooth, balanced medium profile, delivering a unique and flavorful experience.
